Mr. Probst is the former owner and President of George Brazil, one of the largest home service companies in the Southwest. He currently serves as CEO of SBE.

Mrs. Lowe served as EVP of Field Operations at George Brazil, where she helped drive operational and financial growth. She currently serves as an EVP at SBE.

Ronald DaVella

Mr. DaVella spent his career as an audit partner at Deloitte and has served as a board member across multiple organizations. He brings financial discipline to Frost & Flow.

Mr. Bouyssou specializes in FP&A within high-growth, M&A-driven organizations, with an emphasis in building financial infrastructure for companies in acquisition mode.

Mr. Youssef founded Frost & Flow to build a premier family of home service companies across the Front Range and beyond. He leads all acquisition, growth, and operational strategy across the portfolio, growing the company's flagship brand 70% in its first year.

Ty Lindsay

Mr. Lindsay joins Frost & Flow as President & COO, overseeing day-to-day operations and performance across the portfolio. He brings hands-on leadership experience in scaling service businesses and building the teams and systems that drive sustainable growth.
